With two built-in tracker types, Mood Log and Mood Chart, you can gain valuable insights into your emotional well-being and the weather conditions that may influence it.

Mood Log displays your mood and weather entries in a monthly calendar format, while Mood Chart allows you to view your data in a customizable graph.

To access the habit trackers

  1. In the top right corner, tap Menu

  2. From the menu, select Notepad

  3. In top bar, tap to switch to edit mode

  4. Choose to add a new tracker

  5. Select either the Mood Log, Mood Chart template to get started
