I have a goal to get my body fit into the shape I’ve always dreamed of. I’ve researched and created a workout plan to follow diligently. I want to adhere strictly to the plan and make it a habit. Exercising also improves my physical and mental health. I will try to maintain it according to the set schedule and monitor it regularly to boost my motivation.
