When I feel disheartened because I’ve tried so hard but the results seem too far away, I imagine the things I will succeed at in the future. I imagine that I’ve successfully lost weight, that I’ve accomplished this or that… And I write those things down. At that moment, my motivation increases greatly so that I can achieve those things.
