I’m someone who really appreciates cleanliness and organization. However, I tend to forget things quite often. And that makes me quite confused when it comes to tidying up many things in my house. There are tasks that need to be done regularly, or there are tasks that can be alternated weekly or monthly. And I can’t remember the last time I did them or whether I did them at all. So, I’ve established a cleaning routine, documenting what needs to be cleaned at different levels and checking it off each time it’s done. It helps my mood a lot when I don’t have to struggle to remember if I’ve cleaned that area or not. I think this is a pretty useful method, you should give it a try.
